Shipping Policy 

  • All orders will ship 1-3 Business Days from the date the order was placed.
  • Orders with inaccurate shipping/payment information will be delayed an additional 2 business days.
  • Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email when the order ships. 
  • All orders shipped via Priority Mail have up to $100 insurance.
  • All orders shipped via First Class Mail have no insurance but do come with a tracking number.
  • We are not liable for any missing packages. Please contact USPS for any missing mail claims. 


Return Policy 

  • All sales are final.
  • Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you.
  • If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.
  • We are not liable for any return packages sent to our warehouse without our authorization. 


Exchange Policy

  • We do accept exchanges however the customer is liable for both shipping charges  - the shipping of the returned item and the shipping of the newly exchanged item. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.
  • Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.
  • If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 
  • We are not liable for any return packages sent to our warehouse without our authorization.
